“I am delighted to be joining BeAM’s dynamic, energetic team.” says Tim Bell. “I can’t wait to introduce American companies to Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) technology. The US market is extremely mature and will appreciate BeAM’s highly advanced technology, which is unmatched by other additive manufacturing machines.” Over the next few months, the US team will be beefed out to include additional technical and sales staff and the equipment needed to produce locally.
“Opening a US subsidiary is a major milestone, given the prospects for robust and rapid growth harboured by the American market.” says BeAM’s CEO Emeric d’Arcimoles. “BeAM intends to become a major player in the US, which is the world leader in additive manufacturing. Tim Bell will be a precious asset in this drive to conquer the West.
